My scope of service is broken down in 3 categories: planning fee, decor and styling fee and day of coordination fee, which includes set up and break down. My fee varies based on the type of event and the number of guests attending the event.
**Please note my fee does not include vendor payment. Payment for contracted vendors are the responsibility of the client**
A “destination event” is an event or celebration planned by Glammoré Premier Events held in one of these specific caribbean islands: Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico or Jamaica. You and your guests will be able to celebrate any type of event in a private mansion or villa that includes great ambiance, food, entertainment, and/or excursions for you and your guests.
The questionnaire supports me as your prospective event planner in understanding your vision and budget for this project. Please be sure to answer all questions as thoroughly as possible. If you are still unsure of your event details, that’s okay! We can discuss it on our consultation call. However, your proposed budget for the project is important.
Yes. The on site coordinator works for the venue. Therefore their responsibility is making sure your event runs smoothly from the venue's perspective. The event planner works with the on-site coordinator to make sure all the client’s needs and wants are met. The on-site coordinator will not be responsible for the design or decor component, entertainment or other amenities that the venue does not offer, including sending out invitations to your guests. But if you hire Glammoré as your event stylist, we can handle those tasks for you!
Love for Glammoré
